I want to share my happy moment with you and hope my story inspire you to believe in yourself and your dreams…

I was born in a small town called Adipur, in Kutch, Gujarat (India)

important life lessons

We lived in a small house in a slum area

Roof of the house was made of the cement sheets (Asbestus)

important life lessons

We did not even have toilet in our home and had to use stinking public toilets with broken doors and pigs all around for many years!

I was shy to even bring my school friends to our home!

Finished my gradation living is the slums

Rejected in so many job interviews due to weak english!

Year 2000, I moved to Navi Mumbai to work in a call centre

Sleeping on the floor (no mattress) along with 10 other people in one small 1BHK in Mahada colony in Navi Mumbai!

Due to lack of space, we used to sleep so close to each other that if anybody turns or moves, it will wake me up in the middle of the night!

I used to save Rs. 3500 every month to send back home to my parents so that they can pay the loans!

Over last 36 years, I would have changed 25+ places to live

But…

This is the first time I have bought something which I could not even dream of…. 11 Bedroom house with my own hard earn money without begging for loans and becoming slave to the EMIs!

We could never imagine to buy a house like this with that salary because there is always a max cap in a job!

It is so crazy to think that our life drastically changed in the just last 3 years!

Went from making 3 Lakh a month in a job with no freedom to becoming a millionaire and living 6 Sundays a Week!

Big gratitude to my mentors Grant Cardone and Dan Lok. Thanks to my partners, Ron Malhotra and Caroline.

It would not have been possible without the sacrifice of my family and the support of all my team members and PP and 1CC mentors!

Here are 11 key lessons that helped me to grow:

Over last 3 years, I spent over Rs. 40 Lakhs in self development. It all started with the big decision to invest $2000 in a recorded video sales course (Grant Cardone University)

  • Don’t try to be a Hero. Find a mentor and fast track your growth

Found my first mentor Grant Cardone and then Dan Lok. I just followed the principles they shared and became a dream student.

  • Don’t give to get. Give and forget.

Served people via social media content selflessly for 2 years and not thinking about likes or money. Did 100+ free coaching

  • Have courage to take calculated risk.

Every time I took a bold step to do something new, fortune favoured me. I had regullar set backs but eventually I won.

List of my failures…

  1. Failed to attract audience
  2. Failed to build a product
  3. Hired a team member but failed to utilize her potential
  4. Failed in Affiliate Marketing and lost Rs.3.5 Lakh
  5. Failed to sell my high ticket program at the start
  6. Failed in converting in first 3 workshops
  7. Failed in 1CC campaign at the beginning
  8. Failed to reach the desired goal in Passionpreneur Summit 2019
  9. Failed to get Dan Lok for the Summit in 2019
  10. Failed in running ads
  11. Failed to be a great father and a husband. Improved a lot now!
  • Stay humble and never forget the people who helped you because your success is not your alone

“Success should never get into your head and failure should not get into your heart” – Dev Gadhvi

I have done my best to stay grounded and not let the ego get into the way of doing more good to others..

I embrace all the people who contributed in my journey and hopefully I am doing able to take them along with me only journey to the top

Big support of my family who believed in me!

  • Share your rewards with people who have been the pillars of your journey

I share a big fortune of my revenue with the people who trusted me and supported me on my journey. Starting from my team to the mentors and partners.

Some of them have become crorepaties

Some bought their own house

Some bought their first car

Some bought lands and other assets

and more…

  • Don’t start resting on yesterday’s wins and your laurels

I do not settle down and stop inproving. Till date, I attend so many webinars. Investing over Rs. 50 Lakhs on self development and lakhs on team’s training.

  • Do charity and contribute to the cause that you care for

“Giving is true Living”

Started the initiative called CareNations supporting street vendors. Donated money for corona hit people, distributed blankets, food etc.

We have big plans for this in coming few years!

  • Build mental toughness to withstand tough times

Every year I experienced a pain of going into a dark swamp. In those times, I didn’t feel like doing anything but I learnt the lesson and bounced back with more power. As they say, there is always a breakdown before the break through.

I prefer to put pressure on myself to do more and get overwhelmed than to be relaxed and become comfortable. Because, if you do not put yourself into the swamp that you want, life will put you into the swamp you don’t want!

  • Have a strong leadership skills because after certain point business is all about people, people, people

I went from being a solopreneur to having a team of over 12 full time people, vendors and more than 20 partners/mentors.

Felt a lot of pain due to lack of good communications within the team and I take the ownership of that. I invested my time and money in learning leadership and still improving everyday to become a great CEO

  • Have a big dream, big vision and become obsessed about it to make it come true

Nothing would have been possible if it would have not started with a mission to transform 1 million lives in the year 2017. From there to now here is our vision

“Creating a Universe of Crazy Passionate People Who Are Changing the World for Good Through Their Unconventional Wisdom and Becoming Legends”
